Top event in the vinotheque cellar Bründlgraben

On March 31st, 2017 WINZER KREMS opened, as part of the WACHAU GOURMET FESTIVAL,  the vinotheque cellar Bründlgraben for a very special event: Peter Schleimer, the chief editor of the wine magazine VINARIA, together with the winemaker Franz Arndorfer, presented selected vintage wines from seven decades.

Michael and Wolfgang SICHER, owners of the fancy fish restaurant in Tainach in Carinthia, provided the culinary accompaniment. Their 6-course menu, which consisted mainly of self-grown „Sicher“-fish and “Sicher”-caviar, matched excellently to the vintage wine rarities and cared for unimagined tasting experiences. They were supported by the students of the tourism school in Krems, the "HLF".
