Drinking time: At its best within 3 years after harvest

Serving Temperature: 14 - 16 °Celsius

Fits to: Ideal companion with heavy roast poultry as well as with numerous game dishes; goes well with steak & rib eye and with game pies. In addition, it is a suitable partner of hard cheeses such as Grana, Gouda and spicy mountain cheese.
