Franz III Cuvée KELLERMEISTER RESERVE
Characteristics: Deep ruby red colour; ripe fruit in the nose, fragrant dried plums and smooth tannin on the palate. FRANZ III is a full-bodied and surprisingly delicate blend of Cabernet Sauvignon (40%), Merlot (35%), and Blauer Zweigelt (25%). About 50% of the wine is aged for 9 months in 2500 l French oak barrels - a harmonious, rich in extracts, dark and gentle red wine.
Best to drink: Now and within 5 – 10 years
Serve temperature: 16 – 18 °Celsius
