On 16 June 2020, WINZER KREMS received the certificate for company health measures from the Austrian health insurance fund. This certificate is awarded to companies that take special measures to support the health of their employees. The employees themselves had worked out possibilities and suggestions in working groups, which were implemented:

Offering an annual medical examination at the Institute for Preventive and Applied Sports Medicine at the Hospital Krems

Free annual flu vaccination for all employees

Acquisition of means to facilitate work (electric stacker)

Removal of noise sources in the recreation rooms, improved hearing protection in the bottling hall

Organization of burnout prevention measures (lecture by psychologist)
