Wine.Time.New

The largest renewing process in WINZER KREMS history has been finished

The largest construction project in the history of WINZER KREMS has been completed. From August 2019 to June 2023, the cellar, bottling plant and logistics hall were completely renewed. Exhausting a budget of around 37 million euros, it is an investment in quality and sustainability and will secure the competitiveness of WINZER KREMS and thus the existence of the more than 700 wine growers owning the cooperative.

Under the title "Wine.Time.New", the new buildings were ceremoniously opened on July 30th 2023 by the Governor of Lower Austria, Johanna Mikl-Leitner. Prior to this, Bishop Alois Schwarz, Senior Pastor Markus Lintner and Krems Cathedral Pastor Franz Richter held an ecumenical thanksgiving service. After the lunch, the investment was open to the approximately 700 guests to explore.
