Winedetails: The sparkling wine, which has been awarded in the SALON ÖSTERREICH WEIN several times, comes exclusively from grapes ripened on primary rock soil. „A sparkling wine with a piquant Riesling fruit, very clear and clean, perfect ripeness, beautiful balance, like a clear mountain lake" - according to the review in the A LA CARTE magazine. The traditionally very young, fruity Riesling base wine gives the HAUS ÖSTERREICH an animating, youthful-fresh-fruity note.

Durability: Best when consumed young to enjoy its juvenile fruity freshness.

Serving Temperature: 7 - 9 °C

Fits to: A true all-rounder which goes well with a lot of dishes. You can start it as an aperitif, or as a companion of many appetizers, or for fish, white meat and/or even sweet desserts. It could even accompany a complete menu as the only wine.
