Cancellation Policy for WINZER KREMS eG

In case of a complete cancellation of an announced group or event, the following cancellation fees will be charged based on the booked services:

  1. Up to 48 hours before arrival: 0% of booked services
    No cancellation fees apply if the cancellation is made at least 48 hours before the planned arrival date.

  2. From 48 hours before arrival: 50% of booked services
    A cancellation made less than 48 hours but more than 24 hours before arrival will result in a fee of 50% of the total cost of booked services.

  3. From 24 hours until arrival: 100% of booked services
    If the cancellation is made within 24 hours before arrival or if the group does not show up at the agreed time, 100% of the costs of booked services will be charged.

 

Additional Information

  • Prices: All prices include 20% VAT
  • “Niederösterreich Card”: The “Niederösterreich Card” is not accepted for group bookings. All booked services must be paid for at regular rates.
  • Number of participants: The final number of participants must be announced no later than 3 working days before the date. This number will be used as the basis for billing. If the number of participants increases, the actual number will be charged. Changes in the number of participants must also be reported no later than 3 working days before arrival.
  • Cancellation declaration: The cancellation must be made in writing. Accepted means of communication are email or postal letter to our business address.
  • Rebookings: In individual cases, a rebooking of already booked services to an alternative date can be made, provided that the request is made at least 24 hours before the originally booked date. Please contact us directly to discuss availability and options for rebooking.
