„PIWI“- grape variety: PIWI (fungus resistant) grapes such as the Blütenmuskateller have a high resistance and therefore it can be produced more environmentally friendly, sustainable and economical.
Characteristics: Intense floral nose of elderflower, which continues on the palate, in addition delicate lychee notes. Dry, but delicate fruit sweetness that gives an incredible drinking enjoyment!

Serve temperature: 10 – 12° Celsius
We advice: Blütenmuskateller is a nice companion to light summer salads, but its intense type makes it ideal as an aperitif!
