Weißburgunder "13"
Characteristics: Bright greenish yellow, typical Burgundy aroma of nuts & almonds, creamy on the palate, with smooth hints of brioche cookies. Juvenile, but already well-balanced, full-bodied with a long finish.
Drinking time: Pleasurable to drink already in the first year after harvest, but will improve in the next 2 - years!
Serving temperature: 11 - 13 °C
We advice: This wine is an allrounder! It goes very well with bright meat, vegetables and mushroom dishes, as well as with all fried meat („Wiener Schnitzel“) & fried chicken. Our Tipp: asparagus risotto!
