At the current A LA CARTE tasting “Grüner Veltliner Grand Cru,” four wines have earned scores of up to 93+ points.

We are delighted with the current results from the A LA CARTE “Grüner Veltliner Grand Cru” tasting: four of our Grüner Veltliners received great ratings.
Each scoring 93+ points, the Ried Kremser Wachtberg Grüner Veltliner 2024 stood out in particular—with a complex nose of stone fruit, Nashi pear, and candied orange, nutty spice, powerful and long-lasting with kumquat in the finish—as well as the Ried Kremser Weinzierlberg Grüner Veltliner 2024, which impresses with yellow fruit, candied pear, physalis, and delicate spice, a firm structure, and an elegant fruitiness.
Also highly rated were the Ried Goldberg Krems Grüner Veltliner 2025 with 92 points (grapefruit, mandarin, and verbena, lively texture, fruity-spicy finish) and the provincial city wine Vierzger Grüner Veltliner 2025 with 91+ points, which impresses with nuanced aromas, kumquat and candied orange, a balanced mouthfeel, and a delicate finish.
