Fits to: Goes well with many meat dishes (lamb, braised beef), especially wild fowl such as pheasant & wild duck, and dark offal (liver, kidney); also fits to sliced and hard cheeses and dark vegetables such as melanzani, lentils, red cabbage, etc.
