Kremser Kreuzberg Riesling Kremstal DAC Reserve
Characteristicx: The wine grows on steep terraces of primary rock. Greenish-yellow, very typical Riesling-wine with the characteristic flavour and scent of peaches; delicate herbal spice, straight & gripping acidity, surprisingly light impressions despite the power of the wine.
Drinking time: This wine will improve in the next two or three years; the maturity potential is within decades!
Serving Temperature: 11 - 13 °C
Fits to: This Riesling is a fabulous companion to grilled or roasted fish, it also goes well with a variety of cold starters, seafood, bright vegetables and fish dishes based on raw, marinated food (sushi and sashimi); Tip: try it with the traditional Austrian "Tafelspitz"!
